General Requirements

Ability to work as an "Independent Contractor"

Your relationship with RSI would be that of an "independent contractor" (IC), not "employee".  This form of arrangement helps to simplify things in getting started.  Eventual full- or part-time employment is a possibility based on your performance and our staffing needs. Work from home

As an IC, you are responsible for providing your own office space. This is typically an area in your house where you can provide a reasonbly quiet and professional environment.

Make your own hours

ICs can work whenever they please.  However, we ask you refrain from contacting customers and prospects on weekends, or outside of typical business hours.

Provide your own tools

You'll need a phone, emai software and an Internet-enabled computer. FAX machines are a plus.
