ChildWatch® Web eServices

 

RSI is proud to announce the availability of its eServices!  Added as an option to an existing account, there are two key features within our eServices.  Choose either or both to enhance your ChildWatch® Web service.

Client Web Services

Through a unique portal, this feature allows parents to remotely access information pertinent to their account.  Parents can view events calenders, check balances, view ledger activity, communicate directly with teachers, update contact information, print YTD statements and more!  You control which features are available to your clients.

Combined with "Electronic Payment Processing", parents can also make payments online from work or home, or as they drop-off & pickup their children ("kiosk" mode).  Reduce your oustanding A/Rs and get paid more quickly*.

 

Electronic Payment Processing*

Accept credit cards and eChecks, reduce outstanding receivables, and have payments go directly to your bank.  Demands on your staff are reduced as the manual tasks of accepting cash & checks, and recording payments are eliminated.

Credit cards are well known, but many people are new to "eChecks".  The truth is that eChecks are nothing more than regular checking accounts, but which are drafted electronically instead of using paper.  In fact, anyone having a regular checking account already has everything necessary for them to pay by eCheck.

This feature is available through the Client Web Access portal, but if parental online access is not used, this feature is also available on-site during parental pick-up & drop-off.

Already accept credit cards?  This feature allows you to eliminate your current hardware as this is an Internet-based processing system -- you can process transactions outside of ChildWatch® Web as well, from work or home.

 

Getting Started with eServices

Getting started with eServices is a snap!  Existing customers can log into their account and view the "eServices" link.

New customers can simply select "eServices" to be included with your plan during sign-up.  Once activated in your account, the "Client Web Access" feature is immediately available for use.  There are no additional fees outside of what was included in your sign-up services.

If your business needs to process payments electronically, the next step is to apply for a merchant account.  The fees and discount rates are not charged by RSI and will vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to your credit rating & bank, monthly transaction volume, etc.  Once your merchant account is approved and setup, we configure your account (no charge) so you can begin processing payments electronically.
