Feature Highlights

File your claim using state forms or online

• Record (or have your providers record) the meals and attendance each day or week for each claim month. Run the claim report and you're done!
  
  
• Some states still require that you file a paper report; others allow you to file online. In either case, our software will help you to file your claim quickly and easily.

Free software for providers

• If you are a sponsor of the CACFP for homes and/or centers, you are able to offer to your providers free, private access to their account. Once you grant access to a provider (center or home), the staff there can handle enrollments & withdrawals, general updates to account bio information, keep track of important forms and receive notification of their upcoming/past expiration, and record their meals and menus.
  
  
• Some providers may not have access to the Internet or not desire to be online. In these cases, our software allows you the sponsor to manage all of your data from one or more points (e.g. you may have more than one office or staff who wish to work from home). You still print the same forms and make your claim in the same manner whether providers elect to be online or offline.

Block claims

• At any point during the claim period, you can manually check to see if any block claims exist so you can tackle them before they become an issue.
  
  
• We also offer auto-notification of potential block claims of your center or providers under your sponsorship. Quickly identify which providers may be fraudulent and which are not. Reporting includes details such as the meal and day sequence of block claim and runs automatically for you emailing the results to the staff of your choice.

For Centers & Homes

• Whether you represent a self-sponsored center ("unaffiliated") or a sponsor with homes and/or centers, our software can work for you.

Handles Online or Offline Providers

• Providers who choose or who are unable to be offline are still entered into the system. As their sponsor, you are then able to record their meals and menus just as you would performing the functions manually on paper. These offline providers are included in the claim exactly the same as the online ones. Your workload is reduced either way, but can certainly benefit further as more providers are able to use the online system.

Schedule Monitor Reviews

• Sponsors have the ability to segment their providers and assign to different staff. Under your control, monitors can gain access to only their assigned accounts and print monitoring forms. This speeds their evaluations and reduces their workload, thus allowing them to handle an increased number of providers and reduce your costs.

Meal/Attendance Tracking

• Quickly record meals and attendance using our "1-2-3" system for daily or weekly entry. It takes only a minute or so for each provider or center classroom to record a day's meals. For your providers who are online, these data are available to you at your location in real-time so you may report on entries immediately.

Auto-disallowances

• You are in control of most of the disallowances whick take place to meet your state's requirements and business needs. Once configured, our software does the rest, checking each active rule and applying it to your data.

Meal Production Record

• Automatic calculation of quantities to be served to each age group for every component in a given meal.

Use State Forms or Your Own

• We continually add and update our forms as each state does. However, if you business uses its own ("alternate") forms, we can accommodate those as well. You provide us with an original, whether electronic or on paper; we do the rest. Your form appears in your account and is ready to use.
