• All tiering is determined automatically within ChildWatch® Web CACFP.  Simply enter the tiering criteria such as school or census data, or provider income and ChildWatch® Web CACFP does the rest.  During the claims process, meal/attendance data are automatically broken out into Tier 1, 2H, 2L, and 2M.

FAMILY INCOME LEVELS

• All families are rated as free, reduced, or paid depending on their family income, household size, and other factors.  Simply enter the criteria and ChildWatch® Web CACFP does the rest.  Should a family change status during a claim period, ChildWatch® Web CACFP uses the best-case scenario to maximize the claim reimbursement.

FREE SOFTWARE FOR ONLINE PROVIDERS
