General Requirements
Ability to work as an "Iindependent Contractor"
- Your relationship with RSI would be that of an "independent contractor" (IC), not "employee". This form of arrangement helps to simplify things in getting started. Eventual full- or part-time employment is a possibility based on your performance and our staffing needs.
Work from home
- As an IC, you are responsible for providing your own office space. This is typically an area in your house where you can provide a reasonbly quiet and professional environment.
Make your own hours
- ICs can work whenever they please. However, we ask you refrain from contacting customers and prospects on weekends, or outside of typical business hours.
Provide your own tools
- You'll need a phone, emai softwarel and an Internet-enabled computer. FAX machines are a plus.
