Family Data
- ChildWatch® tracks client & child information including immunizations, classroom, program, address & phone, emergency contact information, standing order for medications, notes, etc.
Accounts Receivable
- ChildWatch® can perform several types of billing including hourly and billcard. The hourly billing ties draws from the Attendance Tracking module.
Meals & Menus
- ChildWatch® offers basic menu functionality. If you require extensive menu development, especially if you are participating on the CACFP, take a look at our software service, ChildWatch® Web CACFP. Note that this service is only available to sponsors and unaffiliated centers. Day homes must attain the software through their sponsor.
Attendance Tracking
- ChildWatch® allows your staff to closely track the in and out times of the children. There is even a "kiosk" feature which allows parents to check their children in & out using a PIN and touchscreen (optional).
Employee T&A (Time & Attendance)
- "Punch-clock" functionality to track the work times of employees. Run "exception" reports to track tardiness and absence.
QuickBooks® Link
- ChildWatch® provides basic integration with the popular accounting software, QuickBooks®. Note that is applies only to our Accounts Receivable module.
